Photographs are an investment to preserve your life moments. When you book your session, you aren't just paying for the time spent shooting but much more. This includes time spent messaging before the session, travel time to the location, shoot time, editing, uploading and sharing of images, as well as the help I offer with ordering and making sure you get the products you choose.

What happens when I schedule
Once you contact me to book your appointment, we will schedule a date together that works best for us both. I will contact you a few days before your session to discuss exact time and location.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based out of Wise, Virginia. Photography is a second job for me which makes traveling difficult. I mainly shoot in and around the Wise County area. For certain circumstances such as weddings and some senior sessions, I will do minimal travel within one to two hours.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive a preview the day of or the day after your shoot. A key advantage that I give all my clients is I deliver your gallery quickly. I may have your gallery ready the day after the shoot, but definitely will have them delivered within 4 days . Mini sessions galleries may take me 3-4 days to deliver and weddings can take as long as 3 weeks.
How do we receive our pictures?
Once your pictures are ready, you will receive a link to an online gallery. You can join the album, save, and download your gallery.
What is included in the upfront cost?
Included in your upfront session fee depending on what you choose covers the communication back and forth, shoot time, editing, and online gallery to all edited digital images based on session you chose.
What happens when I book?
Once we figure out a date I will send you a link to book your spot. You will pay a deposit to secure your session date/time. You will pay the remainder of the balance the day of the session. I accept cash, PayPal or check. If you cancel your session at least 7 days prior to the session I will refund your deposit or allow you to reschedule at a later date. If you cancel less than 7 days I will retain your deposit and if you choose to reschedule you will pay a new deposit fee.
